CONFIRMATION

All bookings are provisional until we confirm the booking via email.

DEPOSIT

We require a deposit of £10 per person upon booking. This deposit will be deducted from the final bill amount. Any no shows for group bookings may lose their deposit money.

GUEST NUMBERS

The restaurant can accommodate 24 diners downstairs and 18 upstairs. We can accommodate groups of 6 currently.

CANCELLATION

Deposits are non-refundable should you cancel or move the date of a confirmed booking less than 24 hours prior to the booking. Additionally, should you cancel a confirmed booking on the day; we reserve the right to keep the deposit and charge fully for the chosen menu based on the number of guests anticipated. Charges apply to both breakfast and dinner reservations.

MENUS AND DRINKS

Almost all of our dishes are prepared in our kitchens where nuts are used. So any dish may contain nuts or traces of nuts. Kindly ask a member of staff if unsure or for any guidance.

No personal food and drink items to be brought inside the restaurant premises.

Management reserves the right to refuse alcoholic drinks to guests, who are already in high spirits.

TIMINGS

The breakfast menu is available from 08.00am until 12.00pm, at which time we will start serving lunch. Our menu for dining starts at 17:00pm.

Thursday: 8am – 10pm
Friday: 8am – 10pm
Saturday: 8am – 10pm
Sunday: 8am – 8pm

If specific timings are required for an event, the management must be informed of these in advance.

BOOKINGS

Our Breakfast sitting is for walk ins and those choosing to book. For lunch and dinner, booking is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.

LOSS AND DAMAGE

We advise all guest, Please do not leave any personal belongings unattended at any time. As management will not be liable or responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your personal belongings.

INVOICING AND ACCOUNTS

We accept all major credit cards.

GRATUITY AND VAT

Parties over 4 guests attract a service charge of 10% which will be added to the final bill. All prices quoted include VAT.

OFFERS

We do run the occasional promotion. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the management reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice. We may change our published rates at any time with or without notice. At certain times of the year our standard rates may not be valid, or be restricted. From time to time we may advertise and publish promotional prices and special offers, together with restrictions that will apply. Such offers are always subject to availability. Will only apply to certain limited days and may be withdrawn at any time with or without notice.

 

RESTAURANT RULES

Kindly assist your children at all times during your visit at our restaurant. As management do not take any responsibility or liability for any accident occurred with any unattended children during your visit to the restaurant.

We make every effort to have high chair availability for your visit however it is subject to demand and at peak hours we do not guarantee this unless you confirmed this requirement at the time of booking.

This site is intended to provide a simple and convenient service to our customers enabling them to see our menu and place orders with us online. By creating an account, which is free, customers can view and add items from previous orders

We always try and ensure all information given on the website is accurate, but it is subject to change without notice. It is not intended to give rise to any legally binding obligation and may not be considered to make any representation on any matter.

YOUR STATUS

By placing an order through this site, you confirm that:

You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and

You are at least 18 years old.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITES

When making an order via our website you must carefully check the order details prior to clicking the “Place Order” button.

PASSWORD/ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. Corner 33 is not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.

HOW YOUR CONTRACT IS FORMED

After placing an online order, you will receive an auto-generated email message acknowledging your order. Subsequently you will receive another email either accepting or refusing the order at which point the contract between us is confirmed.

We will contact you should there be any issues with the order to do with but not limited to:

Availability of particular dishes/items

Specific requests you may have made

TIMING

All transactions are at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline any order and are not obligated to give any reason. In exceptional circumstances we may have to change the order details and/or timings for example if we are unable to supply a particular menu item. In this situation you will have the right to cancel the order and if you decide to do so will receive a full refund.

AMENDMENT AND CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

You will not have any right to amend or cancel an order once accepted by us.
